We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They helped us book excursions and provided helpful recommendations for places to visit. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the city wall and attractions like Tha Pae Gate. the value for money was excellent, with good breakfasts included. the room, although a bit dated, was clean, quiet, and had hot showers. We also enjoyed the rooftop views of the city, especially during sunset.

For the value we paid, our stay at Panda House was fantastic. The room was basic but comfortable, with a cozy bed and good air conditioning. The location was perfect, situated in the Old City close to all the touristy areas. The staff, especially the friendly owners, made us feel right at home and were always helpful and accommodating.
